Backyard Barbecue

At long last! Natalie and I have finally found a time to do our second NW Family Dinner. We are planning an end-of-summer celebration. Natalie has some wonderful ideas in the works to showcase the northwest's delicious September crops. This time around, expect an ol' fashioned cookout complete with a fire pit, summer beer, and four courses of innovative barbecue fare. This dinner will be on Friday, September 24 at 8pm, and is again a vegetarian meal. We're hoping for clear weather, but we will be eating outside so you'll want to make sure you bring a good sweater. We are asking for $25 per person... for a small souvenir (we will also happen to be serving you a four course dinner with drinks, wink).

Email us at with the number of people in your party and any dietary restrictions you have. We will try to be as accommodating as possible to food allergies, etc., but remember that we are working in a small kitchen with limited space. Thanks for supporting us!

Italian Dinner

Attention friends! Clear your calendars! We are having our first dinner. It is Italian themed, and it is on Saturday, June 19th at 7pm. We will have four delicious courses and drinks throughout the evening, so we ask that each person bring $20.* Expect farmers-market-fresh vegetables, creative cocktails, and satisfying sweets. Expect to be full and happy.

We have 9 spots available. Please email us to reserve one! This is when we will fill you in with the rest of the details. Don't forget to inform us of any dietary restrictions, although this particular meal will be vegetarian.

*Note: We aren't technically a restaurant (surprise!), so we aren't asking you to pay for a meal. We're asking that you pay $20 for a small party favor. We will also be serving food.

We are starting up!

Natalie and I are about to make you delicious food. Starting in June, we will be hosting a big monthly dinner with a different theme for each. Fresh ingredients, many courses, good drinks and good people. Date and location to come. Money talk to come, but we can promise it will be reasonable and negotiable. We will be cooking primarily vegetarian, and are certainly vegan-friendly. Our first theme will be Italian!

For now, please sign up for our email list. This way we can notify you when we have all of our information about the first dinner, and let you know about new posts to the ol' blog.
